                      Notification of significant holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 and rule 15 of the AIM Rules
the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 27 January 2006 that RAB Capital plc, acting as
investment manager for a number of funds, had acquired a further interest in the
shares of the Company resulting in a total holding of 6,187,495 Ordinary Shares
of 10p each in the Company.  This represents 12.89% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
