                      Notification of significant holding


Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 ('the Act') and rule 15 of
the AIM Rules the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 25 April 2006 that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe)
Limited ('CSSEL') and its subsidiary companies acquired a further interest in
the shares of the Company resulting in a total holding of 2,457,724 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in the Company.  This represents 5.04% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
