The Company was notified on 22 December 2005 that RAB Capital plc, acting as
investment manager for a number of funds, currently holds a non-beneficial
interest of 4,587,495 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company.  This
represents 10.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
