GB Group PLC 21 August 2003 Embargoed until 0700 Thursday 21 August 2003 GB GROUP PLC GB Group Extends Data Analysis Contract with the CPP Group Plc GB Group announces today that it has agreed with the CPP Group Plc ('CPP') an extension to its services contract, which will provide revenues to GB Group of more than £400k over 12 months. This agreement follows a successful 18 month period during which time GB Group has provided CPP with key data models used to predict the behaviour of over 6 million of its UK customers. CPP provides a range of assistance products, including those associated with credit/debit cards, mobile telephones, keys and home emergency repairs, to customers throughout Europe and North America. The services provided by GB Group have allowed CPP to forecast their customers' propensity to renew their policies and manage effective customer acquisition - this has now become an integral part of CPP's marketing campaigns which has identified over £2.4m in profit for the group in the last year.
