NOTICE OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES OF GB GROUP PLC

GB Group (the 'Company') announces that it received notification today that William Christopher Currie now has an interest in 6,095,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company which represents 7.22% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

Prior to this announcement Mr Currie held 5,670,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p in the Company which represented 6.17% of the issued share capital of the Company
