Notification of Interest in the Share Capital of TelMe.com plc
TelMe Group plc ('the Company') received confirmation on 17 December 2001 that
Newton UK Small Companies Exempt Fund (a managed fund of Newton Investment
Management Limited) now has an interest in 2,861,397 Ordinary 2.5p Shares,
representing approximately 3.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.
