Interests in the Shares of TelMe.com.plc (the 'Company')

In accordance with the Companies Acts (as amended) the Company received
notification today that Reggeborgh Participaties BV now holds 3,625,000 Ordinary
Shares of 2.5p, representing approximately 4.55% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
