GB announces that Richard Reynolds is retiring from the Board today. Richard, aged 69, has served GB as a non-executive director for over 11 years.

Commenting, John Walker-Haworth, GB's non-executive Chairman, said: 'Richard has made a substantial contribution to GB's development and his knowledge and experience have been valuable in developing our strategies, opportunities and prospects.'
