    Notification of Director's Interest in the Share Capital of GB Group plc



GB Group plc (the 'Company') hereby gives notice that Richard Law,  Chief
Executive, was awarded an option over 200,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the
Company on 1 July 2002.  The exercise price of the option is 11.75 pence per
share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company
Share Option Scheme) between 1 July 2005 and 30 June 2012.  Following this
notification, Mr Law had options over 891,080 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the
Company.
