Notification of Director's Interests in the Share Capital of TelMe Group plc

TelMe Group plc (the 'Company') hereby gives notice that Richard Law, Acting 
Chief Executive, was awarded an option over 80,000 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the 
Company on 4 January 2002. The exercise price of the option is 8.45 pence per 
share and the option will be exercisable (subject to the rules of the Company 
Share Option Scheme) between 4 January 2005 and 3 January 2012. Following this 
notification, Mr Law had options over 691,080 Ordinary 2.5p Shares in the 
Company.
