GB Group plc announces that it received notification today that Dick Linford, a 
non-executive director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary 2.5p shares of 
the Company at a price of 24.25 pence per share. His total beneficial holding 
of 75,000 ordinary 2.5p shares represents 0.09% of the issued share capital of 
the Company.
