                Director's Interest in the Shares of the Company

GB Group plc announces today that Dick Linford, a non-executive director of the 
Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary 2.5p shares of the Company at a price of 48.5 
pence per share. His total beneficial holding of 25,000 ordinary 2.5p shares 
represents 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company. Prior to this 
announcement, Mr Linford did not hold any shares in the Company.
