Appointment of Group Finance Director

GB is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of David Wilson as Finance Director, with immediate effect.  Dave, who joined GB in March 2009 as non-statutory Finance Director, has over 20 years International and Operational Board level experience with companies including: Eazyfone (brand envirofone.com), Codemasters, Fujitsu and Technology plc

Commenting on the appointment, Richard Law, GB's Chief Executive, said:

'Dave has contributed positively to GB since he joined us in March and I'm delighted to welcome him to the Board at such an exciting time in the Group's development.'

Mr Wilson has options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Group at an exercise price of 23 pence per share, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of GB.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to the Listing Rules.
