                       Blocklisting - share option scheme



The Company announces that application has been made for 3,000,000 new Shares to
be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's market for listed securities in respect of a blocklisting of shares
to be issued under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme. Admission
to listing is expected to take place on 24 July 2006.
