Blocklisting application 

The Board of GB Group plc announces that an application has been made for the blocklisting of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. 

The blocklisting relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's Related Share Option Scheme and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that the blocklisting application will be granted on 23 July 2008.
