                          GB Group Plc (the 'Company')

                   Exercise of Options and Additional Listing

The Company announces today that two employees of the Company have exercised
options over a total of 60,631 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company
('Shares') under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme. The exercise
price of each option was 7.6 pence per share.

Accordingly, an application has been made for 60,631 new Shares to be admitted
to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities and the listing is expected to take place on 23
December 2005.

Following this listing application the number of shares in issue will be
81,331,202.
