Matchtech Group plc ('the Company') received notification on 28 February 2008
that, following a purchase of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares') on the 21 February 2008, the resultant direct interest of Pension
Services Limited comprises 750,000 Shares, representing approximately 3.24% of
the Company's issued share capital, held as follows:
