Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified that on 13 January 2016 Non-Executive Director George Materna transferred 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to his charitable trust, The George Materna Foundation.

Mr Materna's total interest in the Company is now 7,827,405 Shares, representing 25.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
