AGM Statement

Ric Piper, Interim Chairman of Matchtech Group plc, will deliver the following update at the Group's Annual General Meeting to be held at Noon today:

"On behalf of the Board I am pleased to report that the Group continues to trade in line with our expectations.  We intend to give our next trading update on Thursday, 11^th February 2016.  As already announced on 29 October 2015, I am also very pleased to welcome Patrick Shanley, who will become Non-Executive Chairman with effect from the end of this Annual General Meeting."
