Block Listing Application

 

Gamma Communications plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 466,560 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

 

The purpose of the block listing is, when combined with the balance of the previous block listing, to satisfy options awarded under the Gamma Company Share Option Plan (341,460 Shares), the Gamma Long Term Incentive Plan (117,165 Shares), the Gamma Deferred Bonus Plan (18,310 Shares) and the Gamma Savings Related Share Option Scheme (245,500 Shares). The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading subsequent to 8:00am on Friday 2 June 2023. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
