("Gaming Realms," the "Company" or the "Group")

PDMR/Director Shareholding and Holdings in Company

Gaming Realms, the creator and developer of interactive next generation online gaming products, has been notified by NewGame Capital LP, ("NewGame") that it no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Group.

NewGame's controlling shareholder, bwin.party digital entertainment plc, has been engaged in a programme of non-core asset disposals since Autumn 2014. Accordingly NewGame's holding in the Group has been placed with new and existing shareholders (the "Placing").

Michael Buckley, Chairman of Gaming Realms, said: "We thank bwin.party digital entertainment plc for its support over the past few years. We are pleased with the level of demand for the Company's shares and expect the broader shareholder base to increase the free float and provide additional liquidity to our shareholders."

As a result of the Placing the following Directors yesterday purchased further ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 20 pence per Ordinary Share:

§ Michael Buckley purchased 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares bringing his total holding to 18,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.22% of the issued share capital of the Company;

§ Patrick Southon purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares bringing his total holding to 10,897,039 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.58% of the issued share capital of the Company;

§ Jim Ryan purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares bringing his total holding to 1,384,615 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the issued share capital of the Company; and

§ Atul Bali purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares bringing his total holding to 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.51% of the issued share capital of the Company
