Games Workshop Group PLC 19 April 2002 Games Workshop Group PLC ('Games Workshop' or the 'Company') Non-Executive appointment Games Workshop is pleased to announce that it has appointed Nicholas Donaldson as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 18 April 2002. Nick, 48, is a barrister by profession, and has spent the bulk of his career to date in corporate finance. This has included some 15 years at Credit Lyonnais Securities (formerly Laing & Cruickshank), where latterly he held the position of head of corporate finance, before moving to become head of investment banking in London at US investment bank Robert W. Baird & Co., which he left earlier this year. The Company also announces that Simon Forrest, a non-executive director of the Company stepped down from the Games Workshop Board at its board meeting held yesterday.
