Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 12 February 2003 that Legal & General Group
Plc now own 896,880 ordinary shares in the company representing approximately
3.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. This follows a purchase of
10,000 ordinary shares on 11 February 2003.  The number of ordinary shares are
not subject to a concert party and will be registered as follows:
