company of Fidelity Management & Research Company ('FMRCO'), an investment
manager for US mutual funds and Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries, are together interested in a total of
3,716,057 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 12.43 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.  This represents a decrease in
holding since the last filing of 177,827 ordinary shares.
