chartered bank which acts as a trustee or investment manager of various pension
and trust accounts and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries are together interested in a total of 3,866,079 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 12.93 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital. This represents a decrease in holding since the last filing of 250,270
ordinary shares.
