The Company received notification on 23 August 2001 that following the sale of
33,876 ordinary shares, INVESCO English and International Trust plc is the
beneficial owner of 1,227,329 ordinary shares, being 3.9 per cent. of the
Company's share capital. These shares are registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Limited.
