The Company received notification on 13 July 2001 that following the sale of
400,000 ordinary shares on 12 July 2001, INVESCO English and International
Trust plc is the beneficial owner of 1,261,205 ordinary shares, being 4.02 per
cent. of the Company's share capital.  These shares are registered in the name
of Chase Nominees Limited.
