Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 17 September 2001 that FMR Corp, parent
holding company of Fidelity Management Trust Company ('FMTC'), a US state
chartered bank which acts as a trustee or investment manager of various
pension and trust accounts and Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries are together interested in a total of
3,941,839 Ordinary Shares representing 13.05 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
