The Company received notification on 12 February 2001 that Fidelity
International Limited ('FIL'), parent holding company for various direct and
indirect subsidiaries, investment managers for various non-US investment
companies and institutional clients, is interested in a total of 1,734,704
Ordinary Shares representing 5.54 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
