Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 12 December 2000 that, following the sale
of 13,500 ordinary shares, Henderson Global Investors Limited and its fellow
subsidiaries, acting as agent for its discretionary clients, hold (either
directly or indirectly) 3,120,443 ordinary shares which represents 9.97% of
the Company's issued share capital.
