The Company received notification on 7 August 2000 that Morley Fund Management
Limited (a subsidiary of CGNU plc) is interested in 1,433,039 ordinary shares,
representing 4.58 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share
capital.

These shares are registered as follows:

Chase GA Group Nominees Ltd          1,097,615
Chase GA Pension Nominees Ltd           95,074
CUIM Nominee Ltd                       240,350

The shareholdings disclosed above are the only shareholdings in the Company of
the CGNU group.
