Director's Shareholding

The Company was advised today that on 12 May 2000 Mr Chris Myatt, a
non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 150p per share.  Following this acquisition Mr Myatt has
an interest in 36,500 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.1 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
