Director's Dealing

The Company was informed earlier today that Alan Stewart, a non-executive
director of the Company, acquired through a trust company, a total of 100,000
Games Workshop ordinary shares at 175p per share.  50,000 of these shares were
acquired on 8 May 2000 and the balance of 50,000 were acquired on 9 May 2000. 
Following these transactions Alan Stewart is interested in 110,000 shares
representing 0.35 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
