Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

Games Workshop Group PLC (the 'Company')

Games Workshop Group PLC received notification on 27 April that the Trustees
of Warhammer Pension Scheme (the 'Scheme') purchased 28,090 ordinary 5p shares
in the Company on 25 April 2000 at a price of 178p per share.

The Trustees of the Scheme include T H F Kirby, C J Prentice and M Sherwin,
all of whom are directors of the Company and are interested in the Scheme.

Following this purchase, the Scheme is interested in 57,590 Ordinary shares
representing 0.18 per cent. of the Company's total issued Ordinary share
capital.
