Director's Shareholding

The Company was advised on 8 February 2000 that earlier that day Mr Alan
Stewart, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 312.5p per share.  Prior to this
acquisition Mr Stewart had no beneficial interest in any ordinary shares in
the Company.
