Dealings by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company was informed on Wednesday 22 November 2006 that, on that day, Tom
Kirby (Chairman and Chief Executive) acquired -142,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 350.0 pence per Ordinary
Share.  This acquisition of Ordinary Shares represents approximately 0.46 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this acquisition, Mr Kirby has a beneficial and non-beneficial
interest in 2,047,009 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.6 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital.
