DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed today that on 3 March 2017 Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 733 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of 897 pence per share. 

As a result Mr Rountree now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 22,867 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was informed today that on 3 March 2017 Max Bottrill, Head of Product and Supply and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 37 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of 897 pence per share. 

As a result Mr Bottrill now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 7,166 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
