("Games Workshop" or the "Company")

The Company was informed today that John Laughlin, Head of Sales and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 4,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a purchase price of 425 pence.

Following this acquisition, Mr Laughlin, now holds 9,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.29 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
