("Games Workshop" or the "Company")

The Company was informed that today Mark Wells, CEO of Games Workshop, acquired 5,020 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.  These shares were acquired under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 191.2 pence per share.

The aggregate holding of Mr Wells and his wife, Mrs Karina Wells, has therefore increased to 134,222 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was informed that today Kevin Rountree, COO of Games Workshop, acquired 5,020 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.  These shares were acquired under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 191.2 pence per share.

The aggregate holding of Mr Rountree has therefore increased to 6,146 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was informed that today John Laughlin, Head of Sales and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 5,020 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.  These shares were acquired under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 191.2 pence per share.

The aggregate holding of Mr Laughlin has therefore increased to 14,627 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
