Dealings by Non-Executive Director

The Company was informed on 12 April 2007 that Alan Stewart, a non-executive
director at Games Workshop, sold 750,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 350 pence per Ordinary Share on
12 April 2007.  In addition a further 100,000 shares previously beneficially
owned by Alan Stewart are to be transferred to a trust in which he is no longer
a beneficiary. The sale and transfer were made for personal reasons.

Mr Stewart has therefore reduced his holding to 85,000 Ordinary Shares, which
represents approximately 0.27 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
