Additional Listing

The Company announces that it has made application to the UK Listing Authority
and the London Stock Exchange Plc for 308,073 ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London
Stock Exchange Plc. These ordinary shares are being admitted by way of a block
listing as follows: 12,542 ordinary shares under the 1994 Worldwide scheme,
282,882 ordinary shares under the 1994 Executive scheme and 12,649 ordinary
shares under the International Sharesave scheme.
