Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
for a Block Listing of 1,000,000 ordinary 5p shares in
the Company pursuant to the Galliford PLC (No. 2) Savings
Related Share Option Scheme.  Upon allotment these shares
will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued ordinary shares.
