CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OF GAVIN SLARK AS NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and its previous announcements of 30 April 2015 that Gavin Slark has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 13 May 2015.  Mr Slark will become a member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees on appointment.
