RETIREMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR

The Board of Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group, announces that it has agreed with Frank Nelson, the Group's Finance Director, a retirement date of the end of September 2012, when he will have completed 25 years service.  The Board is now commencing a search for his successor.
