Transaction in own shares

Green Dragon Gas, one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, announces that following the recent announcement of its share buy-back program, the Company purchased for cancellation 48,000 ordinary shares at an average price of US$10.16. per share on 29 July 2011 and 1 August 2011.  Following the cancellation of these shares the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 136,590,711.
