We have held an unchanged holding of 2,751,798 share since September 2006 and the Shareholders Offer has resulted in our holding now being 3,567,014 which is 3.37% based on the company's current total number of shares in issue of 108,512,336 and not 5,751,798 (5.30%) as previously stated.
