Capital Markets Day Update

Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (LSE: GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production and sale of Coalbed Methane ('CBM') gas in China, has previously announced that it will be holding a Capital Markets Day for analysts and investors at The Connaught Hotel, Carlos Place, Mayfair, London, W1K 2AL on Wednesday 27 April 2016 starting at 10:00.

 

The primary objective of the event is to provide a presentation on the Company's 2020 vision, which will include a proposed framework for delivering value to shareholders as assets mature; strategy around the Company's downstream assets; funding structure and liquidity considerations; and potential farm out objectives for the Company.

 

The event will be hosted by Randeep S. Grewal, Chief Executive Officer, alongside Jorg Kohnert, Chief Operating Officer and Tim Eastmond, Chief Accounting Officer.
