Annual Report 2006 including Notice of Annual General Meeting

Future plc, the international special-interest media group, is pleased to
announce that its Annual Report & Accounts  for the year ended 30 September 2006
is available on the Company's website, www.futureplc.com

Copies have been submitted to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing
Authority at the Financial Services  Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary
Wharf, London E14 5HS (telephone [phone]).

Copies have been mailed to all shareholders this week.

Printed copies of the Annual Report 2006 may be obtained from the Company's
registered office at 30 Monmouth Street,  Bath BA1 2BW (contact

The Notice of Annual General Meeting is set out on pages 96 and 97 of the Annual
Report 2006.

The AGM will be held at Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA at 12 noon on
Tuesday 30 January 2007.
