Future plc (the 'Company') received notification on 23 February 2005 from The
Capital Group Companies, Inc. advising that The Capital Group Companies, Inc. 
and its subsidiary companies no longer hold a 3% notifiable interest in the 
shares of the Company (as determined in accordance with Sections 198-202 of the
Companies Act 1985, as amended).
