                Notification of Directors' Interests in Shares

The Future Network plc (LSE: FNET) (the 'Company' or 'Future') announces that
the Company received notification on 12 November 2001 that, following
completion of the 6 for 5 rights issue announced on 28 September 2001:



-         Greg Ingham has acquired an interest, through the exercise of
rights, in 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of Future, thereby
increasing his existing interest of 4,619,271 to 4,719,271 Ordinary Shares,
representing an interest of 1.48 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital as enlarged by the rights issue;



-         Chris Anderson has sold 10,050,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of
Future, at a price of 20 pence per share, and 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares in
the capital of Future, at a price of 27 pence per share, to institutional
investors.  He remains interested in 14,630,537 Ordinary Shares representing
an interest of 4.6 per cent of the Company's issued share capital;



-         Brendan Clouston has acquired a beneficial interest in 394,000
Ordinary Shares in the capital of Future at 20 pence per share, thereby
increasing his existing interest from 120,000 shares to 514,000 Ordinary
Shares;



-         Roger Parry has acquired a beneficial interest in 298,000 Ordinary
Shares in the capital of Future at 20 pence per share, thereby increasing his
existing interest from 40,000 shares to 338,000 Ordinary Shares;



-         Michael Penington has acquired a beneficial interest in 256,000
Ordinary Shares in the capital of Future at 20 pence per share, thereby
increasing his existing interest from 5,000 shares to 261,000 Ordinary Shares;



-         Colin Morrison has acquired a beneficial interest in 176,020
Ordinary Shares in the capital of Future at 20 pence per share, thereby
increasing his existing interest from 850 shares to 176,870 Ordinary Shares;



-         John Bowman has acquired a beneficial interest in 234,782 Ordinary
Shares in the capital of Future at 20 pence per share, thereby increasing his
existing interest from 195,652 shares to 430,434 Ordinary Shares;



-         Patrick Taylor has acquired a beneficial interest in 100,000
Ordinary Shares in the capital of Future at 20 pence per share; and



-         Elisabeth Murdoch has acquired a beneficial interest in 50,000
Ordinary Shares in the capital of Future at 20 pence per share.
